History: Hello, I'm 17 years old and I attend school like all teenagers. I began working out on February 1st 2009.
I am a Christian and am thankful to Jesus Christ for dying on the cross and taking the punishment for my sins so I can live. I also thank Him for the grades I have and for the physical health I'm in currently. Also, for many other great things in my life!
I try to work out everyday and I rest once or twice a week. My workouts used to be one to two hours a day, now they are around 20min. I workout pure Calisthenics.
I do not take any supplements whatsoever, I eat like any normal healthy human, with nothing special or extra. I do not count my calories or follow a certain diet - other than avoiding junk food.
Petr Rudometkin, my uncle, gave me the inspiration to work out in the first place, and I never worked out to look better, but just to reach my goals. When I reached my goals, it was half a year since I started working out. I felt really good, looked healthy, felt healthy, and loved the feeling of being able to control my weight so easily!, so I kept going.
I hope to inspire many of those who don't think on starting working out, and I hope to motivate those who want to quit.
To be honest, spiritual health is much more important, satisfying, and fulfilling than physical health.
