This channel is also about the evolution of domain names and how you can get the desired domain name you want to use for your website.

If you have been trying to build your own website, then you will have to register your own domain name with an extension (such as .com, .org, etc...) in order to be found on the web.

This is critical to any websites success and the most popular extension to be used is the .com (Commercial) extension.

The problem is that because it is common knowledge to use .com, typically you will not find the particular domain name available when you're searching for it.

For most beginners, they should use their name as their domain name for this can be used generically for whatever purpose they desire to use the website for, but if you're late to the internet game most likely someone has already grabbed your name up.

The solution that most people and companies have turned to is to use alternant extensions such as .org or .net.

The extension themselves are descriptive of what the organizations is formed as.

But what about "you", the individual?
