Here's a good one that I haven't seen in years, called, "Evil Lives" or another name is goes by, "Soulmates" 1992. The movie is about this guy dead wife & in order for her to come back (briefly) the husband has to kill a woman he's with only for his wife soul to take over the body (before it decays).

the supernatural episode I believe the children are our future has a good female possession scene. its about half way through the episode. the episode is about sam and dean investigate mysterious happening in a small town and it turns out the anti christ power to shape reality is the real cause. the kicker is a woman possessed gave birth to the anti christ and after sam n dean ask her questions the demon that possessed her comes back repossesses her and then goes to try to convince the child to fight for satan
