Obviously the work of the YT maintenance crew. I'm assuming that they locked you out of your account due to copyright charges -- although ridiculous as it may sound. If you can't access your account, try using your email [that was associated with the TearsofPurity account], and make a new password. Otherwise, YouTube should alert you that they were the ones who locked you out, otherwise, then the one suggestion I mentioned earlier still should apply.

This account may not have been hacked, but experienced a really horrible youtube glitch - and as such I'm 'locked' out of it with no way of getting back in or having youtube correct it.
