Hey Ethan0mac, burn the Ubuntu ISO on a CD, boot off the CD. It *should* detect Windows XP already installed and run you through a dual boot setup. Check out my Ubuntu install tutorial. Good Luck !! Thanks for watching :) Tanya

If HV is enable then you should be able to do the Windows 8 install. A BIOS update might change your BIOS options, so take a look at Dell Support/Driver site for more BIOS details. Thanks for watching!! :)
