"Most men live lives of quiet desperation"(Thoreau) but why? Why don't more people invest time into the research to find a way out of the rat race? There are probably as many reasons why as there are people. Just the mere thought of my wife and I doing WHATEVER WE WANT TO DO WHENEVER WE WANT TO DO IT...whoops,sorry, is so exciting that it certainly sent me looking for an alternative to working for 40 years to retire on 50 percent of what we can't live on now. We're not there yet but I think we have a much better plan now than the one we were born with:) I think we'll be living that lifestyle in pretty short order. I guess you could say that I'm looking for like-minded people. Call it wealth-minded, freedom-minded, whatever you want to. I know we're not the only ones dissatisfied with the status quo. I mean there's got to be other people who want to be able to wake up tomorrow morning, over a cup of coffee with your significant other and talk about what you'd like to do that day or the next few days or weeks for that matter. And actually have the freedom and the resources to do whatever it is that you come up with. In other words to do WHATEVER WE(you) WANT TO DO WHENEVER WE(you) WANT TO DO IT! There I go again. Sorry but that thought really does get the best of me.
