This 4 part BBC documentary is a MUST SEE. It cogently tells the story of how - first American businessmen - and then American and British governments, connected their "products" [consumer goods, policies, and politicians] to the satisfaction of submerged primal urges and desires. By doing so, they theorized that they could both insure the maintenance of happy consumers for their "products" AND an orderly society wherein the dangerous and irrational desires and fears lurking deep within all humans were abated. Their official defense is they were convinced that it was the unleashing of these instincts that had led to the barbarism of Nazi Germany.

This 3 part series shows how maintaining the manipulation of the "bewildered herd" [term for the populace, signifying the mass hysteria the elite feel would prevail without their psychoanalytical guidance] - FOR THE SAKE OF SOCIETY - ultimately resulted in the creation of "false flag" operations to induce the "nightmares" [nexuses of evil, terrorism, etc.] needed to maintain the allegience to these "products" [consumer goods, policies, and politicians] that only a common enemy can achieve...

Friendship is IN; proselytizing is OUT!

Relative to "knowledge" of "god" we are ALL agnostic. WE DON'T KNOW. THAT is our common ground. From there, some choose to BELIEVE he exists and some choose NOT TO.

I have no problem with anyone believing in god. But I will not entertain the postulating of one's BELIEF as KNOWLEDGE! That goes for BOTH believers AND nonbelievers! Both groups BELIEVE one way or another while NEITHER groups KNOWS! I personally BELIEVE all gods AND devils/demons to be anthropomorphic symbols of man's perceptions of "good" and "bad" qualities. And I simply don't want to hear/see (in print) the praises of a being that - to me - is an IMAGINARY FRIEND!

I understand believers don't feel the same way, but try to put yourselves in my shoes. Since most of you probably DO view the easter bunny, tooth fairy, and santa claus as imaginary, wouldn't it irritate you to hear me say "all praises due to the tooth fairy", "the easter bunny is the lord of my life", "For whosoever believeth in santa, will not perish; but have everlasting life at the north pole"?

Don't "friend" me with ulterior motives of conversion. It is a waste of YOUR time AND MINE. You may not mind yours being wasted, but I DO mind MINE being wasted. Time is better spent dealing with our commonalities - like our collective agnosticism and mutual desire for ultimate harmony.
