In November 2010 I published a book I wrote about how I beat depression, overcame ptsd, cured myself of bipolar disorder 1 and reversed the onset of schizophrenia through alternative therapies. The book is called: "'Possessing Me: A Memoir of Healing" by Jane Alexander and it is the story of my life. My book is now available on Amazon.com

The book has come through jane, thx for reply. I removed my comments, wasnt sure if you needed to hear that or if i was just thinking back on a time where i was in a bad way and typing to myself. Admitting wrongs is the best thing and im glad you got the message. peace x
