Well, I thought it was kind of self explanatory those things. I mean thats the whole point of going to the planet with Liara on it. And then you were at the battle with Benezia, so I thought it was obvious you were going to be killing her. :P And I usually, go to the planet with Liara, the Noveria or whatever the planet with the snow is, and Feros last out of the three planets.

I usually go to the planet to find Liara first, then I go to the snow planet, and then I do the other planet last. I've always found that order the best for me.

Oh you should just hide in a corner where she can't get you, there are tons of places where she can't aim and see you. Then just pick off her soldiers. The tough part is after you kill her and there are more soldiers I usually go and hide in a corner again. XD Good luck. ^_^

Yeah, that part is kind of difficult. The trick is to kind of use a hit and run tactic. Drive up to the geth until you're shields and stuff are down and then retreat to a safe spot until the shields recharge. And just keep going back and forth like that.
