In her last musical offering, it was clear that Rachel was straddling the two worlds of childhood and womanhood, but that divide has clearly been replaced with distinctly adult intentions. After all, she is twenty years old.

However, her attempts so far to prove her new-found maturity are what commonly cloud and overwhelm gospel and christian music - so she is starting fresh with a completely new musical outlook, starting with a confident opening of I wanna get into the Gospel Zone. Although that particular track has a certain similarity to many of Britney Spears singles, it still manages to keep a fresh, funky and original vibe. Rachels cries of Let me see you dance and Its time to party all night lone differentiate her from the usual crop of modern-day christian artists, and also emphasizes on her love for fun, which, when you get to the root of it, is at the base of every good pop single.

Clearly, Rachel relishes in her new role as a sweet christian girl, and her gospel-centered tracks reflect that. However, her more AFI and BLAQK AUDIO -inspired musical stylings have yet to really catch on, but perhaps in time, she will continue to grow as an artist and learn to truly master any genre of music. Until then, she does exceptionally well in her custom genre of catchy, bubblegum christian-pop.
