Do what serves you

Allowing yourself to take care of yourself is the name of the game in 3rd dimensional reality. We are playing a game here on Earth of separation. It is the real game, but it is a real illusion. Always allow yourself to do what's best for you. That is how you bring energy into your body.

Technology including computers, radio, tv, electronics, electricity all have detrimental effects on the body. Ultimately, we will be without all these things so it is good to practice being without them now. You can practice this now and heed these words to take care of yourself or not. It is all our choice which is why we are each given our own body.

It is also our choice to suffer. We suffer until we learn the lesson that we came here to learn, which are many, many lessons really rolled into one. Love yourself and love all as one.

We are one and always have been, but this illusion of separation is the most amazing game there is.
Here we are all playing it 6 and half billion people on this beautiful, magnificent planet of ours.
Yes she is ours and we must take care of her as she takes care of us. We are learning to do this as we learn to love ourselves and each other as ONE BEING.

Take care of that beautiful soul in a body.

You are one, pure, love, whole, healed and you always have and always will be.

We love you with all our heart and soul.
