I wish I lived in your community. My neighborhood is nothing but a bunch of anti-gun, pro police state, neo-cons (sigh). If I tried to arm them or teach them self-reliance they would most likely burn me at the stake. Having a "bunker" or "bug out" mentality is all I can have in my situation. I wish I had a neighborhood like yours. :/

I subbed immediately after I saw your superb dissertation warning us against the bunker mentality. Your reluctance to post it out of concern to not cause un-necessary turmoil and dissent is the part that really was the best; this is the type of leadership needed and that will be needed in the days to come.
