CNC laser cutting machine MicroLas is designed for applications with highest demand on accuracy and cutting speed. Result is minimalisation of cutting expenses for big series of parts. Light and yet stabile construction of MicroLas together with linear guidelines and AC drives provides excellent dynamic properties. Default is table with automatic exchange of grids. Cutting thickness range of the machine can be enlarged by adding a plasma torch.
Laserové CNC rezacie zariadenia MicroLas sú určené pre aplikácie s vysokými nárokmi na presnosť a rýchlosť rezania, pričom pri veľkých sériách umožňujú minimalizáciu nákladov na rez. Ľahká konštrukcia zariadenia zabezpečuje veľmi dobré dynamické vlastnosti. Maximálna pracovná plocha je 4000 x 2000 mm. Stroj je možné doplniť o plazmovú hlavu, čo umožní zvýšiť rozsah rezaných hrúbok.
Die MicroLas Anlagen sind für das Schneiden von sehr präzisen und formanspruchsvollen Teilen in der modernen Blechbearbeitung konzipiert. Eine leichte Bauweise der Anlage gewährleistet sehr gute dynamische Eigenschaften. Kombiniert mit einem Plasmabrenner kann diese modulare Laserschneidanlage sogar Zuschnitte von 0,5mm bis 30 bzw. 40mm Materialstärke komplett.

SPL machines are characterized by outstanding dynamic properties and modern design in combination with wide supply of technologies. The machine fulfills requirements of HD plasma cutting while meeting highest standards in productivity, efficiency and operability. They can be equipped with plasma rotator, drilling head, pipe positioner, plate alignment sensor a. o. A special heightened version enables oxyfuel cutting up to 250 mm.

MicroStep SMG je nový typ zariadenia, ktorý bol vyvinutý špeciálne pre spracovanie dien nádrží. Zariadenie je vybavené veľmi masívnym portálom, aby bola jednoducho prenesená váha v smere osi Z a zariadenie mohlo pracovať bez vibrácií. MicroStep SMG môže opracovať hrúbky dien až do 850 mm (hrubšie dná na požiadanie). Paleta možností opracovania siaha cez kompletné deliace rezy dien, výrezy v rôznych formách až k špeciálnym požiadavkám, ktoré môžeme individuálne prispôsobiť do programovania.
Die MicroStep SMG ist ein neuer Maschinentyp, der speziell für das Bearbeiten von Behälterböden entwickelt wurde. Die Anlage ist mit einem sehr massivem Portal ausgestattet, damit die schwere Z-Achse spielfrei getragen werden und vibrationsfrei arbeiten kann. Die MicroStep SMG kann Bodenhöhen bis 850 mm (größere Böden auf Anfrage) bearbeiten. Die Palette der Bearbeitungsmöglichkeiten reicht über komplette Trennschnitte der Böden, Ausschnitte in unterschiedlichen Formen bis hin zu speziellen Anwendungen, die wir in der Programmierung individuell anpassen können.
