I'm a trained Sun Microsystems technology engineer (i.e. Solaris, Sun Ray thin clients, SGD). I also provide training on the Oracle 10g database and SQL. Maybe now that Oracle has bought Sun, the combination could be a good thing.

Current with that I am a certified, highly graded, registered Security Officer with the South African Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority, registration number 1168559.

I am trained in Close Protection/Executive Protection through the South African Bodyguard Association (SABA), registration number S0156.

I am a registered PADI Scuba diver and have had Level 3 First Aid training through St John Ambulance.

Currently I am resident in Dubai, U.A.E. as a technology consultant.

I have too many in my collection. If I had to choose, then Adam Hall's Quiller series (Elleston Trevor under a pseudonym) clinches a 1st place tie with Terry Pratchett's Discworld series. Michael Scott's Tales of Paedur the Bard, Stephen King's Dark Tower, Stephen Brust's novels about Taltos and the Halo books are hot on the heels of the top spot winners.

I am looking forward to learning all I can about Piper, so let Rob know I am ready to learn as soon as he is available to teach. From what I have seen it really is among the best knife systems out there.

Hi LibreFighting. Thank you very much for saying that! I was just about to watch your clips. I'll be doing some more uploads in a while, just right now there's a lot happening beneath the radar and I'm having to divide myself between a lot of things on the Piper front.

I hope we'll hear more from you in future. We'll hook you up with Rob in the States as soon as he's ready to roll, and hopefully share more with you.
