Israel celebrates 60 years of achievement! An ancient culture with a rich history! (What?)

"The formation of Israel meant immediate war with Arab States, and the new Jewish settlers fought tooth and nail to carve out their little country. In this they succeeded, displacing hundreds of thousands of Palestinians, taking possession of their homesteads."

That is something to be proud of??

It amazes me that world war 2 refugees (with the blessings of the U.N.) were dumped upon the shores of the ancient land of Palestine and it was declared their homeland, with the stroke of a pen, with absolutely no regard to the indigenous inhabitants (Palestinians).

Through 60 years of murder, theft, and occupation this very same land is now supposed to be seen as an accomplishment, (with a rich history) with the blessings of the so called "civilized world"??

I thank Allah that I was raised in a civilized manner in which murder and theft are a crime. What puzzles and disturbs me is that there are some among us who choose to make exceptions to these rules, and who lack any sense of morals, values, and human decency.

Never forget that in the end, we will all be judged by One, and He is Allah.

(I would like to note that there are many among the Jewish and Christian religions that are also advocates of human rights and who abide by that which God has set before us. I want to thank you for your support. Please don't think I am against other religions, that is not so, and that is not the way of Islam.)
