This looks all sweet, with the ENB setup you got there, trying to reinstall GTA4 now to try it out, i take it you use "RealizmIV 6.2 or so and VisualIV 1.7.1 along with your ENB settings right (and ofc the high lvl textures) ?
Since ive tried to run it on 1.0.7.0, and it simply crashed :P So now reinstalling it with 1.0.4.0 and giving it a whirl, to see if its stable.
