I've Been Collecting Records For Many Years. With So Many Different Songs In My Collection, I Thought It Would Be Fun To Share With You Some Of The Songs That I Think Should Have Been Hits...But Were Not. Or, Maybe The Song Did Well At The Time, But Rarely Gets Played Today. It's Possible That Some Of These May Have Been Hits In Other Countries. Generally, They Did Not Go Very Far On The American "Hot 100" Chart Or May Not Have Charted At All. These Are The Kind Of Songs That Sound Great, But Rarely Ever Get Played. I Also Like To Find Rare Stereo Versions Of Songs That We Have Typically Only Heard In Mono For Many Years.

Hello "Flashback Favorites" Friends & Subscribers ---- I'm not sure how much longer I will be staying "On The Air". I have been receiving an increase number of copyright complaints from record labels. I'm beginning to become concerned. In addition, YT seems to be changing.....heading in a direction that I'm not sure I like. My home page here as you see it will be radically altered by YT on March 7th, 2012. To me, the new design no longer looks or feels like a "channel" anymore. I am not going to take down "FF" on my own, it will stay up as long as YT permits.......but I don't know how much longer that will be. I appreciate all of my subscribers, friends and fans...thank you for your dedication, participation and support. Thanks to the artists and record companies that have cheered me on. I hope we can all stay together for many years to come................. MusicMike

Hey Mike, got a rare one for you. So rare that you may have to dig in deep for it. In late 1984/early 1985 (just upon the release of his "Reckless" LP), Bryan Adams released a rare non-album single "Diana" supposedly about Princess Diana. I looked it up at gemm.com & the single indeed DOES exist (though it's so rare it's costly.) It was a 12" B-Side to "Heaven" & it was also a promotional B-Side to "Summer of '69". No one here at YT has that song. If you have it I'd sure love to hear it sometime in the near future. Happy searching. Thx. --Dave
