Hi Everyone, Welcome to our Channel!

The goal and missions of this YouTube channel is to encourage everyone to seek out facts and to research the issues that are facing America today. After 17 years of news industry experience, including as Editor-in-Chief, I can tell you how easy (not to mention how often) reporters and news organizations deceive the public on important issues.

This Youtube channel has several missions:

1) The Health Care Crisis is only one of the MAJOR issues facing us today. When viewing our videos, I ask you to NOT take my word, or anyone else's and - instead - look the facts up for yourself... It takes little time and effort to google an issue or topic and I strongly encourage everyone to take ten minutes to research as often as you can on the issues so that you will have all the facts instead of bits and pieces or hearsay.

2) CDTs (Connective Tissue Diseases) Awareness:

Now more prevalent than cancer in America and can be triggered at any age, most forms of CTD are devastating, debilitating and certain types, sadly, are deadly. There are no cures and little research is being done due to a lack of awareness.

You may or may not know this, but on average, each person in the U.S. personally knows at least 3 people suffering from a CTD whether they realize it or not... sometimes it's a family member, friend, co-worker or neighbor.

Yet, IRONICALLY most people have never even heard of it. There are many forms of CTDs, such as lupus, MS, Chrones, Scleroderma, Vasculitis, etc... Some forms of CTD are limited while other forms are systemic.... None are curable. All are devastating and the treatment options are harsh -- consisting of Chemo, immune-suppressant Steroids and other like drugs - where the side effects need to be weighed with each patient as the treatment can sometimes be worse than the disease itself in the long run.

CTDs NEED awareness because without it, not enough research will go into it. Without sufficient research, the treatment options will remain the same, harsh and dangerous... Without more awareness and research no one will ever finely be cured... And, I for one look forward to the day that someone can say the words - I beat this disease -or- I survived and am cured of my connective tissue disease.

3) ANY health care issue that is important!
