    Yesterday morning we were joined by Olympian, actor, writer, and vegan activist Seba Johnson. Seba, it was a pleasure to meet you. Thank you for being there and sharing your love and compassion.

    Toronto Cow Save vigils are held on Tuesday mornings, 9:30am, at St Helen's slaughterhouse. We bear witness to the suffering and give love to these sweet, beautiful animals.
