Hi, welcome at my youtube channel!
This channel is dedicated to my greatest hobby of all time: Body Step !!
Most videos that are on here where made while I was sort of a trainee. In the videos I was working on becoming a certified Les Mills Body Step instructor.
While I'm writing this (May 2010) I just found out I got my international Body Step certificate. So.. I'm extremely happy !!
Of course I will continue uploading Body Step videos. I don't have much spare time, but when I do I'll try to upload new videos.
I'm very passionate when it comes to Body Step because it always gives me a great feeling! Exercising has turned out to be the best therapy for me. ;-) Whenever I have a hard time, I'll go skating, jogging or practising my Body Step and I always feel better.
I hope you like my videos here and hopefully it incourages you to start working out aswell. It really makes you feel great! :D

During the week I work as a dietitian. I love this job very much, because it allows me to help other people to come to a healthier lifestyle.

Besides bodystep..... ENJOYING LIFE to its fullest! I have lost enough to know how to cherish. The thought of my beloved brother and other loved ones that have passed, reminds my to get joy and happiness from the ordinary things in life, that happen to me every day. I believe life is for living and so I don't want to sit back and let life pass me by. I really want to get most out of it and enjoy each day! I owe it to THEM!!!
