welcome to MMAtips or mma tips channel

on this channel i will be putting up videos on different mma or mixed martial arts tips such as punches, elbows , kicks, conditioning , ground game , flexibilty etc. also i will be putting my predictions pn upcoming UFC events to

i will be hoping to post a new tip every week sort of like a weekly tip thing
