Great to connect brother, and great info. Keep raising the vibrations. I learned how to "massage" my pineal gland early in life. The effect is a chilling sensation that travels down the brain stem,thru the body and limbs. It also gives me goose bumps all over. I have begun it pick up ever so slightly what you describe as audio. The frequency occurs more often now. Also i cant see it yet but am able to manifest energy in my hands at will now. All of this is contributed, I think, with the belief in yourself. The belief that WE do have these powers and allot more to come. Namaste new friend and brother.

Don't forget to activate your chakras buddy. Also do some yoga and eat as healthy as you can. Get rid of any sources of negative thoughts. From 94 and a lightworker, that is cool my friend. VERY cool. :)
