PLEASE UNDERSTAND! This is NEWS REPORT video EXPOSING the Hypocrisy of Sumner Redstone, The OWNER and Chairman of the Board over both Viacom and CBS/CNET. Viacom is appealing a Federal Judge's Decision that found YouTube Innocent of Profiting in any way from Copyright Infringement.
I'M NOT Speaking out against Software Downloads here! This news Video is exposing that while Sumner Redstone was unjustly SUING YouTube, while Sumner Redstone's own company was PROMOTING for use, to infringe copyrights, over 50,000,000 Downloads of LimeWire! Virus Free Downloads from CBS/CNET Downloads servers! A company with a LONG History of Openly and Flagrantly advocating media piracy with software, both free AND Paid that Cnet Downloads Distributed.

In its June 2005 ruling in MGM v. Grokster, 125 S.Ct. 2764 (2005), the Supreme Court announced a new form of secondary liability, which it described this way:
"One who distributes a device with the object of promoting its use to infringe copyright, as shown by clear expression or other affirmative steps taken to foster infringement, is liable for the resulting acts of infringement by third parties."
• Cnet evaluated the "Devices" ( Evidence on Blog of Pre-Screening ALL Software.) The Software for Limewire, Kazaa and many others were hosted almost exclusively on CNET's Servers! As evidenced by the embedded CNET Buttons on the Home Page Screen Caps of LimeWire, Kazaa, Bear Share, Morpheus, Grokster, etc. Cnet was the "Distributor".

"You are one of the best Youtubers out there. Not because your videos are more entertaining, not because you're good looking, not because you post on a regular basis, but rather, because you actually think of yourself as one of us humans, and not some sort of god because you have so many subscribers or views or whatever. As Gerard Way said “If for one minute you think you're better than a sixteen year old girl in a Green Day t-shirt, you are sorely mistaken." Some people can't understand that."
