It's not just about Leads & Cash, the two things most people in business covet. It is about who I am as person...who you are as a person. I have to Shift2Relate. thanks for your comments...oh, Rylee Joy will have a star role in most of them! I can't let her think she is a cameo! :) I can tell by your channel title "My Helpful Hands" that you truly "get" the boot strap analogy...glad you like it! Thanks, Sandra, for the feedback...here's the weird part...my spouse, Roby, is shooting it (and she's a photographer!) ... so it is framed correctly and is fine in the video off the camera ... something happens as it pulls into imovie or going back into You tube...something in the "transition" of all of it ... anybody else had this happen? Sandra ... what type of patients do you have? I have one lady I coach who is a physical therapist in a hospital setting (and just also got her personal certification for doing boot fitness boot camps) and she is using it personally to return from a back injury...and she is now starting to use it with patients...so you can buzz me toll-free at 1-888-440-9780 if you want to chat about it.!

WOW.. that is a cool exercise. Maybe I can use that with some of my patients! Can I give you a tip that I use?.... I shoot a quick test shot.. then look throught the view finder to make sure that you are staged the way that you want in the screen shot.(and that we can see ALL of you :). that works for me anyway.. hope that tip helps you :) xoxo sandra p.s. thanks for the nice comments.
