About Me:
Svetlana started her music studies at 8 years of age, initially on the piano and later achieved the Diploma as Music teacher.
Her professional career as singer began in St. Petersburg, with two of the most famous choirs, "The Academic Chapel" under the baton of Vladislav Chernushenko and "The Chamber Choir" of St. Petersburg, conducted by Nikolai Korniev. Svetlana also sang with the choir of the theatre "Chatelet" in Paris.
After arriving in Germany in 1994, Svetlana studied at the Conservatoire in Frankfurt and graduated 2001 as Opera Singer.
She was 1996 in the master class by mezzo-soprano Julia Hamari.
Since 1995 Svetlana performs as soloist at various concerts, with different orchestras, such as "The Johann Strauss Ballroom Orchestra of Wiesbaden, with the orchestra of the Protestant Church of Hesse/Nassau, at the Health Resort of Bad Homburg, the International Theatre of Frankfurt, the City Theatre of Ruesselsheim.
Svetlana's repertoire covers a vast spectrum: Opera, Operetta, Chamber music, Lieder, Church music, Folk music and much more.

Today I've come across your channel by chance. I'm impressed with your performance of
not only operatic arias but also non-operatic numbers. I hear for the first time some of
the arias such as The night Zephir, Lel's third Song, Inesilia which I've found quite interesting.
