You just need a class with Cold Blooded on it, wait until an enemy gets a Pave Low, and shoot it as it is going down. Each bullet that hits it while it is spinning and going down counts for 1 enemey killstreak destroyed, so all you have to do is pump 40 bullets into it as it's going down and you will get Cold Blooded Pro!
