dude, chill....I know what Mixed martial arts is but I train also and I was just curious cause you were like "OMFG PEOPLE DONT UNDERSTAND MMA"
plus MMA "can" include Martial Arts but its a sport its not ALL martial Arts, its most but hell you might as well call it ALL martial Arts but thanks to the term "MMA" alot of people think all the moves you see in UFC is created by a art named "MMA" wich is a sport and thats why I ussually call out the styles the techniques are taught in e.t.c
