lol Yes, juicing can be quite boring. I used to juice but I didnt like seeing all that organic pulp go to waste and I too need fiber so I just blend now. I am trying to kick my food addiction and get back to blending but it is so hard...food really is my drug. I have been trying to live a holistic lifestyle since over 10 yrs ago when I first read Queen Afua's books then I started reading Dr. Afrika. My mind is willing but my body just wont "do right"! lol but i guess i will try until i cant anymore.
