The DMCA case between Thunderf00t and VenomFangX (PCS)

If you have no idea as to what happened, read the following before you see the videos!

This playlist is about how it all went down between Thunderf00t(TF) and VenomFangX(PCS), regarding the false DMCA claims made by PCS.

This playlist, only contain videos made by those who were directly involved in the mess!

The videos should be in chronological order.

If it should turn out that there are faults, then please post me for a correction.

The reason I have made this playlist, is that a lot of people has asked, how it all came to be and what happened!

Remember it's all about freedom of speech!

A short Summary of the case:

The players:
Thunderf00t: Scientist
VenomFangX(Posterboy for Creationist Stupidity, i.e. PCS): Creationist

0) It all started with PCS' filing of false DMCA claims against TF, who then had 2 of his videos removed by YouTube. This was due to TF's critical video analysis of his (PCS) mad ramblings. So his pride and dignity was hurt. With nothing to counter the intellectual assault by TF, PCS took to the tools of his mentors..censorship...And so began the epic story of wit against dimwit.

1) TF made a video that informed the world that he had 2 videos removed by DMCA' and that he had filed counter notifications. He said that PCS had written him and said, that he (PCS) also had some of his videos removed, and that he (PCS) would petition YouTube to help him(TF) getting his 2 videos back on YouTube.
That was way too late, because TF had already filed the counter notifications, on the grounds that it was (rightly) a creationist trying to censor his freedom of speech!
Thus started PCS incriminating himself beyond belief!

2) PCS posted a rather dim witted video where he sort of said: "do your worst. I have god on my side...bla bla bla."

3) TF made a video where he announced that YouTube had written back to him, and confirmed that it was PCS who had filed the DMCA. And that he had PCS by the balls, because the DMCA' PCS had filed were illegal (and rightly so). Finally he gave PCS the offer that PCS could exile himself for a year from YouTube, as to settle the matter (TF' stance on this was later changed). TF then gave PCS 9 days to say his goodbyes and comply!
After this video there was silence from TF for a long time.

4) PCS posted a rather scary video were he accused TF of blackmailing him (wrong), and made some ludicrous offers and demands. Video summary: "Thunderf00t, be my(PCS) friend, or else!!"

5) PCS then posted a video that said SOMEONE had given out his (PCS) personal information to others, and he was receiving death threats because of this. He said he thought Thunderf00t may have been behind this.. And a lot of other bullshit, that he(PCS), would later apologize for saying.

6) PCS posted a video where he stated, that his false DMCA filing was sort of an outreach of friendship. Video summary: "Thunderf00t, you are an evil censoring devil, please be my friend!!"

7) Toghetherforpeace, a friend of PCS made a video stating that he had filed several DMCAs against several users at the request of PCS. However, he refused to file a DMCA against Thunderf00t because he believed that Thunderf00ts video fell within Fair Use. He told PCS that he would not file a DMCA against Thunderf00t and warned PCS not to file a DMCA against him. PCS ignored him and filed the DMCAs against Thunderf00t, and then he lied about it when he claimed he wasn't the one who filed the DMCAs.

8) PCS, made another self incriminating video, suggesting that TF had given his(PCS) personal information to other people! He also confirmed that there was a list of videos to which DMCA' had been filed against!

9) Then TF made a video were he explains the repercussions of filing false DMCA' and how deep a hole that PCS had dug himself into(It was very deep hole indeed).

10) Defeated and Disillusioned, PCS mailed TF, asking if they could reach a settlement. TF gave him the offer of making a public apology. PCS complied, and PCS made an announcement video of his defeat and unconditional surrender.

11) TF followed with a video, explaining why he made the deal with PCS, the way he did.

12) It ended when PCS made a formal video apologizing to thunderf00t for his abuse of the DMCA and his moronic accusations. He gave Thunderf00t the copyright to the apology video, and Thunderf00t has put the video in the public domain. Anyone can download the video and upload it to their channel. However, PCS refused to post the video to HIS channel, which makes one question just how sincere his apology really was.
