If the grasshopper hadn't died at the claws of my scorpion, it would have died under my foot or a rock. Lubbers are exceptionally obnoxious creatures because literally nothing eats them. They're a dead-end link in the food chain.
I suggest you quit talking out of your ass. All it does is make you look like a fool.
Those were Carnotaurus, you buffoon. And Ceratosaurus was nowhere near 25 feet tall. The largest Tyrannosaurus skeleton ever discovered is less than 20 feet tall.
Not a single thing you said is correct. Ceratosaurus was less than 10 feet tall, less than 30 feet long, and only weighed 1500 or so lbs. The giant sloth on the other hand was 20 feet tall on its hind legs and weighed around 8 tons. And Ceratosaurus never appeared on Terra Nova.
You're thinking of Sinbad and the Eye of the Tiger.
You won't find it in stores. The DVD is made on a by-order basis by Warner Home Video, so you have to get it online. I got mine off Amazon.
...Not sure if troll, or just retarded...
Is it really so hard for people to read the damn video descriptions?
1. His name is Harryhausen. Ray Harryhausen.
2. He did not do the effects for this movie.
For the THIRD time now, no it is not. It's a completely new suit.
Scientific accuracy wasn't this movie's top priority, dude. The fact that it's got cavemen and dinosaurs living at the same time should have been a pretty big indication of that.
No it's not. The Tyrannosaurus is a completely new suit.
That's not the least bit fair, considering those movies had budgets much larger than this movie's. On top of that, the effects in those movies were revolutionary and were much better than basically ANYTHING from the time.
Wait... what? Did this vid get featured somewhere or something? O_o
Every one of those spiders is CG. If you watch in slow motion, the big one clearly turns its head and looks at the guy's foot before scurrying onto it, which is all wrong because: 1) with the exception of jumping spiders (which these are not), spiders have piss-poor vision, 2) even if these spide...
It's the grasshopper rattling its wings. They do it to frighten attackers.
Of course crocs have higher bite force overall. They're larger. I never denied that. I said POUND-FOR-POUND gators have stronger jaws. As in a 200 pound gator will have a stronger bite than a 200 pound croc.
Gwangi is referred to by Mr. Harryhausen himself as a male Allosaurus.
@LookHere3
1. It's spelled "cunt."
2. Insects do not consciously feel pain as humans and other vertebrates do. They detect harmful/damaging stimuli, but only react to it on reflex. When a person rolls over and twists their arm in their sleep, "pain" signals are sent to their brain and they roll ...
They didn't.
You're more concerned with the anachronism than the fact that these are alien lifeforms that somehow evolved to be identical to Earth animals?
