In my lifetime I expect to see the next step in the evolution of formerly polytheistic homo sapiens, from knee-jerk monotheism to learned agnostocism.
I expect that science will find answers to questions that we, as a species, have not yet thought to ask, and will find the answers through processes that, as of yet, we do not have at our disposal.
In my lifetime I expect to learn things that I never thought I could comprehend, and to teach them to people who never expected to learn new things.
I expect to change peoples mind.
I expect that I will run into people that do not have the ability or the will to change their mind.
I expect that I will change my mind and do so joyfully.
