The 6th Annual NIH Take a Hike Day on June 6, 2013, saw hundreds of NIHers hike, walk, run, jog and roll around the perimeter of the NIH campus (approximately 2.8 miles) in Bethesda, MD. The day's activities began with a fitness warm-up and opening remarks from Cornell McClellan, the First Family's Fitness Trainer, and NIH Director Francis Collins.
