Faço especialização no ensino de física pela UFC e meu tema de monografia é "A Astronomia como atrativo para ensinar Física". Um dos frutos desta monografia é Barbara Hellen, aluna do 3° ano do ensino médio do Colégio Luzardo Viana, pois através das aulas de astronomia e astronaútica ela recebeu medalha de prata na Olimpíada Brasileira de Astronomia e Astronaútica OBA 20009.
Tenho participado de várias Olimpíadas como cood. responsável, dentre elas a OBM, OBMEP, OBF, OBA. Atualmente leciono no Colégio Luzardo Viana (Caucaia), nas turmas de olimpíadas do Colégio Master Bezerra e EEFM Dom Aloisio Lorscheider, na qual sou Professor Coodenador de Área (PCA).
