Gregor Raab also known as Geee Ray or Gregor le DahL dectected his love to electronic music when he was twelve years old. At that time he heard Adrimas song I cant stop raving for the first time. A few years later music fascinated him because of another reason. A DJ sent him the link to TechnoBase.FM which is a webradio for electronic music. After that, one thing was clear for him: I want also to know how to do this. So little by little he got to know the DJ-Business, how to mix with vinyls, moderate and enthuse listeners. He bought the DJ-program Traktor DJ Studio, built his first mixes and finally purchased a Hercules DJ console.

During his first dee-jaying experiences the young DJ from Cologne noticed that music is more for him than just an amusement. So his first Turntables from Jaytec were followed by two Pioneer-CDJ400, a Behringer DJX 750 plus a Hercules DJ Control MP3 and a Hercules console RMX.

He gained his first experiences at the Webradio Friends of Fantasy which had to be closed unfortunately after a short while. Than in March 2007 Gregor made an application at TuneBase.FM, he was one of the residents there until November 2007. After a persuasive casting he became resident DJ at TechnoBase.FM one of the biggest and most popular webradios for electronic music in Germany. Since then he plays there predominantly Dance & HandsUp under his alias Gee Ray. After the TechnoBase subsidiaries HardBase.Fm and CoreTime.FM were founded he also started to work as a DJ there under his pseudonym Gregor le DahL. His favourite styles at HardBase are UK Hardcore (also known as Happy Hardcore) and Hardtechno plus Hardcore at CoreTime.

His greatest musical role model is the British DJ Darren Styles which prefers as Gregor himself the style UK Hardcore. Although the young DJ has a big following at the TechnoBase community he wants more. He wants to make the music style UK Hardcore more known nationally and internationally and to enthuse even more people with his music. A foretaste of his skills can not only be achieved by the radio projects of TechnoBase.FM but also by his numerous Mixes in the region of UK Hardcore.
