Hiya, I'm Fi*, and I play a variety of ill-rehearsed arrangements on cheap instruments; sometimes singing horrifically in English, Japanese or French.

* as in Fiona; don't fret, it's nothing cryptic

When I upload covers, I like to stick to pieces that I've figured out myself by ear instead of copying other people's transcription work.

When you hear things I myself have written, they're far from serious.

Please let me know what you think, and feel free to make requests/suggestions. Eclecticism is good, so nothing's of the wrong genre or era!

'Bring the Song' Originals and Friends' Originals Covered

GrumpyCoyoteTunes issued a challenge ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v =FD9rMajYVy4 ). Write 12 original songs over a year. Post 'em to YouTube. Cover other people's Bring the Song songs.

This is my response to the challenge, which will be growing until the end of January 2010. Subscribe to greet each song as it arrives!

I'm probably going to try to stick to uke (the contest has its origins, after all, in a uke-community) as a way to differentiate BtSC work from most of my other original work.
