started training in August 2005 less than one month before my 18th birthday
I was 20 in my thumbnail (natural, and no supplements) P.S i look so good, jealous people think i must have been taking steroids to look the way i do in the pic, i take that as a compliment. There's a term for people who can shape up quickly and/or add strength quickly, they're called "genetic freaks", and i believe i do fall into that category.
Measurements as of Juli 2008:
Arms 18,5" (flexed not pumped)
Forearms 15" (flexed not pumped)
Wrists: 7.7"
Chest 52"
Waist 34"
Thighs 28"
Calves 18,5"
I quickly learned the importence of compound exercises. These are more productive than other types of exercise movements but at the same time very taxing on ur bodys energy supply. When done with low reps and relatively heavy resistance they will induce considerable hypertrophy of the muscle fibers.
PERSONAL BEST LIFTS:
Deadlift raw w/o straps or wrist-wraps, just chalk & powerbelt:
230kg(500) 1 rep.
free standing Squat: 160kg(352) 10 rep.
Benchpress raw: 150kg(330) 10 rep.
Reverse-grip benchpress: 130kg 20 rep
I can go higher on all three.

the age is no good excuse..look at Samir (90's & 2000's), Lou (90's), Al Beckles!... and countless of others, not just neccessarily pro/competitive bb'ders...there are many recreational bb'ders that lift for fun who got mass/definition/cuts.. ask any impartial person (someone who doesn't even lift weights) ask him/her to take a quick look at this pic of Sergio, if that person can think rationally and is non-fixated w/ any particular bb'der, then he/she will tell you right away - this is repulsive! Sergio had no clue of what he was doing, he was a nutcase..20 Dianabol daily + Anadrol + Deca + Testosterone..he figured the more he took the more he would swell up with water..wow now that's an accomplishment. LOL
