a huge passion in my life is health/fitness...and contributing - just generally looking out for people and helping where I can...
when it comes to weight loss and the path towards attaining your ideal figure/physique...and optimal levels of health...
I started to think what's really going on behind the scenes...at the deepest levels...the place where true change happens...what's going on there...??
And I thought...
there has to be missing pieces to the puzzle....factors left out of the equation...that if made whole...if aligned in the right direction and proper proportion...it would make all the difference and really open things up on a whole new level...
I thought...
What are the differences between those who attain their ideal body...and optimal levels of health...and make the change last...
what's the difference between those who are able to do that vs. those who continue to struggle...and are fighting to lose weight day in and day out...?
Why isn't it just simpler...and easier...? why is that someone who has the best intentions and really, really wants to lose weight...wants to change...wants to make it happen...
why do they continue to struggle day in and day out...the weight constantly on their mind...what's source behind why they haven't found a way to make what they want most a reality...??
what's behind the conflict...what's the source of the friction...the push/pull that's almost always in the picture whether someone knows it or not...a part of us that's going one way and wants one thing and another part that's going the other direction...??
why is that we have a general sense of what to do when it comes to losing the weight, in terms of proper nutrition and exercise but haven't found a way to do it...and/or haven't found a way to make it last...and/or haven't found a way to conquer the struggle even if we have attained our weight loss targets...??
are there truly effective solutions out there that we can implement quickly and make the change last...so that things are just easier and more aligned when it comes to weight loss...??
These are just some of the questions I've thought about and I want to help answer that's why I've created this channel...
I want to help crush the biggest problems...the biggest barriers that get in people's way when it comes to achieving their weight loss goals...
I don't want to you struggle...I don't want you to have a hard time...
I want to help come up with solutions that make your path towards your ideal figure...your ideal physique...optimal levels of health...
a whole lot easier, more effective...and get the results you want as quick as possible...
and enjoy the process...enjoy the transformation and create true, lasting change
where everything's aligned in one direction and that direction leads to what you ultimately want most...
because you know that the transformation you want most will have a profound effect in virtually every other area of your life -- your relationships, your productivity, your happiness, your perspective of what's possible, your mind, your career, and everything else...
so I really hope you get a lot out of this channel, and the video's and take things to a completely different level...

Thanks for the tip, I will try this next time I get a craving for something that is not health. Its been a struggle getting to all raw foods, I think this can help. Time will tell.
