ive been anorexic on and off foor 4 years and it is diff to keep it up, jus drink lots of water so you dont get dehydrated cos dat is why pl feel faint usually is cos dey ar dehydrated. Im gnna start my own blogs soon and im always lookin at thinsperation, but you are doin good but dont become ill. xxxxx |

hey just read your diet,. it will be really hard to stick too.
make sure you eat something inbetween meals. like morning tea have an apple and afternoon tea a peach or something. or rice crackers are really good. and jogging early morning helps kick start your metabolism which means every thing you eat is burnt off more quickly. ha sorry, one of my mates is a personal trainer and he teaches me alot. x |
