Few ninjas were trained, only to sneak in, stab, attempt to flee. The ninja would usually be caught on the way out and be murdered by some random slave.
This is FACTS. Ninjas didn't wear black suits and sneak around in corners. They were just farmers forced to kill others or their families would be slaughtered. Usually equipped with some dagger or a spike, not shurikens and katanas.
