Tier 1 and Tier 2 has my "countries/nations you little low parasite," as well as Israel (Tier 2) and if they keep it up, they'll end up on Tier 3 with the four Arab nations. The point that was made, was that Israel has her hands in the dirty cookie jar, just like everyone else.

What sane nation would give Africa yet more aid (when it's already cancelled the debt). Black Africa has an endemic culture of corruption, economic mismanagement, war/conflict/tribalism, wholesale theft of natural resources etc. It's ludicris to give millions/give away billions when there is no accountability and the governments are not accountable and transparent. This is one key reason why China is succeeding in the region.
Africa simply is not a comparable example and it isn't for the reasons I've mentioned.
If you can prove to me otherwise please do.
Just look at how NGO's work tirelessly and yet Africa still remains the ONLY post colonial continent that has regressed. There is without exception not ONE Black African country that is an example of good governance(with the possible exception)of South Africa/Ghana. I would also like you to cite your source that it receives more aid than the entire African continent even though Africa (as opposed to the Middle Eastern Arab Countries are more comparable and how much aid Arab countries received in comparison to Israel)
