TWWHD: Skip the first floor in Tower of the Gods
Use a statue to ledge clip. This skips the entire first floor of TotG. Works the same as in the original.

Wow. After like a half hour of attempting, I didn't expect this as the result.
I'm unsure of the reason that this happened. If they simply resized the loading zone then it should still be possible... -

TWWHD: Skip the fight in Hyrule 1
Use a bomb to ledge clip out of bounds. When you reach the back exit, savewarp to the front.

TWWHD: Potentially skip the Wind Temple boss key
This should work in theory. After you make it above the door, ledge clip using a bomb. This would save around 2 minutes in a speedrun.

TWWHD: Pirate Ship appears using Flight Control Platform glitch
The Flight Control Platform glitch puts the ocean in a different instance, which includes the Pirate Ship existing at Windfall.
