The problem is that religious believers don't generally believe in God because they're looking for a scientific hypothesis with "explanatory power." The actual debate is not about whether God satisfies scientific criteria for belief; it's about what the criteria for belief are.

Excuse me, but you need to be honest in reporting your statistics before chastising her. The 50 percent figure only applies to income taxes, low income families still pay payroll taxes, etc. Given the massive inequality of income in the country this is hardly surprising.
Hey, thanks for the response. I will try not to dumb anything down, really. Though like I said in the video, I don't know exactly what I'm doing yet; it will be an experiment. If it doesn't work I'll go back to the way I've been doing things or I'll try something else.
