Its a nice lens don't get me wrong, but for a Zeiss I was surprised at the vignetting, especially since these are supposed to cover FF (i used a 5D). GREAT diagram BTW. Why is anyone concerned with "protection" ie metal caging for a 5D!!??? You dont see "safety cages" or "impact cages" on ANY pro camera. With that line of logic I'd expect an Alexa with airbags (aftermarket of course).
