About Me:
I like to collect vintage audio and mainly vintage tape recorders. Although some of my videos are of other stuff, what I maily upload are presentations of vintage tape recorders and audio equipment so others can see and hear these awesome machines operate. I show RECORDING quality of them because that's the best way to demonstrate their quality than just to play a pre-recorded tape. Different circuit designs and bias in the recording circuit yield many different sound qualities amoungst these so many different machines. Some sound quite good, some alright, and some sound absolutely horrible! (why they even made ones of such bad sound who knows...) I like vintage tape recorders as they look cool, fun to use, and I like the sound of lots of them. Lots of cool designs out there, colorings, recording qualities, etc. I will tell you I mainly go for portable mono units, but don't think I don't like the others. I use good stereo cassette decks with Dolby to record quality music, some amazing music out there... Many nice stereos I like alot, and nice speakers, definitely. Vintage audio is not my only interest though, yet no doubt most prominant.

I think its time you use a 12 volt power supply, and document old car audio gizmos from back in the days of tape-based cartridges.

Ricky what happened to that video you made of the all-in-one 70's audio system where you tell that other dude not to freak because you switch it to radio mode? So funny..... I think I found the same exact system in my storage unit 2day. & yes, I'm a Christian too.... cool!

I love your video about the channel layout. It's like you're ranting but you're actually making an argument at the same time. Also, "It's a trap!" - Admiral Ackabar. That quote was gold.

There is an option to switch back to the old Channel layout. You click the Edit button on your channel page, and then you can choose to switch to the older layout....as I see you've done :). Now they need to do the same for the homepage, of course.....then we'd all be happy.
