Gather all 7 dragonballs.
You should then save your game.
After that, call shenron.
Since there are three shenron's, each of them have different wishes.
You can get different dragons. But the one you're looking for is the red shenron. If you dont get red shenron and you get shenlong or the namakian one, start game over since you saved it until you get red shenron.
The red shenron which come's from Kami's Lookout is the one which can give you Future Gohan.
