thanks! I didn't cut it, but you can if both ends of your toothpick is pointed :)
It's actually not too bad! I think the formula is easy to work with and in terms of wear, I don't usually wear polish for long periods of time, so it stayed on chip free for the few days I had it on (prob something like 3-4 days). Hope that helps!
