Wow , i just discovered this channel. Damn i am impressed, is there anything you cant do. And i respected you before, but now i have nothing but respect for you since i read you gave birth at home with no drugs or anythings. Thats crazy! Crazy in a good way though. Glad you posted these videos, ive been curious about trying yoga or something similar. Lifting weights is the only exercise i get, but ive been wanting to try something to help strenghten my core.
