The painting in the background is "The Fortune Teller" by Caravaggio. I got to see the original in Le Louvre in Paris. The situation is very interesting and reflects the more sinister shades of deception and magic. The fortune teller stole the young man's finger ring under cover of reading his palm. There's a sequel to it with the young man trying to get it back (I think that's what it was).

I'm an atheist simply because I see fallacies and bullshit in all theistic religious reasoning. Circular logic and fear tactics don't point towards truth to me.

Magic is something I love with a passion, but you're never going to see a sleight of hand or visual magic video of me on this channel. Youtube doesn't do magic justice. It's fine for gaining critique on technique, but when people have youtube as a primary medium for performing magic, it's just sad. Magic has to be seen live to be appreciated. And presentation is EVERYTHING.
