I BELIEVE:
* in the G-d of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, whose name became Yisry'el (Israel, in English).
* in the same Elohim who spoke to the Prophet Moses on the holy mountain and revealed to the prophet that He is:
"I AM THAT I AM", meaning
I am who I am, I will be who I will be,
I am that which exists, expressing His never changing existence of being Elohim, meaning god.
* that Elohim is one of the Hebrew creation names of our creator and He is also called "I AM" which is one of His divine names.
Support of this truth is found in Biblical scriptures,
EXODUS 3:14 And G-d said unto Moses,
I AM THAT I AM: and he said. Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.
EXODUS 3:15 And God said moreover unto Moses, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, The LORD God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, hath sent me unto you: this is my name for ever, and this is my memorial unto all generations.
* that the Hebrew transliteration of
"I AM THAT I AM" is:
AH' YAH ASHAR AH' YAH.
The shortened form of the personal name of the Most High "YAH" becomes "JAH" in English. Support of this point is seen in
PSALM 68:4 Sing unto G-d, sing praises to his name: extol him that rideth up the heavens by his name JAH, and rejoice before him.
* in the truth of I AM sending YeSHUa HA MASHIACH first for the salvation of Hebrew Israelites then the gentile believers in I AM. YeSHUa the messiah, literally meaning salvation of Yah.
* that the fulfillment of the prophecies proclaiming the birth, life, death and resurrection of the messiah is supported by Biblical scriptures: ISAIAH 53:1-12
53:1 Who halt believed our report?...
53:5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. ...
53:9 And, he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death: because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth. ...
[For me, Isaiah's prophecy was fulfilled by YeSHUa. His crucifixtion was recorded not only by Christian sources but also by non-Christian sources such as, the state of Rome and written about by early historians from various cultures. His birth, life, death and resurrection also was written about by the disciples.]
* that the messiah is YeSHUa and this truth is also supported by Biblical scriptures: MICAH 5:2 But thou, Beth-lehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from old, from everlasting. ...
[In the scriptures in Micah, the prophet prophecizes the birth of YeSHUa in Bethlehem.]
* that the truth of YeSHUa being the messiah is also supported by:
ZECHARIAH 9:9 Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; shout, O daughter of Jerusalem: behold, thy King cometh unto thee: he is just, and having salvation: lowly, and riding upon an ass, and upon a colt the foal of an ass.
[The scriptures of the disciples gave testimony that YeSHUa entered into Jerusalem, riding on an ass which is also called a donkey or jackass.]
* that the name of the lord in Hebrew is YeSHUa and the transliteration which I reference here is most accurate according to Hebrew and it coincides with his name "Eashoa" in Aramaic.
