This channel is devoted to helping users feature other users, but in a unified way. Every subscriber promotes the same video for three days, and this happens twice per week.

The idea is that users with little exposure can gain more exposure by having one of their videos featured by all of the subscribers of the channel.

Featuring doesn't necessarily mean using the feature video spot on the channel, subscribers can promote the video in a few different ways:

1) Add to the feature spot
2) Add to the favorites
3) Add to the video log
4) Some combination of these three

The first video is featured from Monday to Wednesday, and the second video is featured from Thursday to Saturday.

Feature suggestions:

Each subscriber can submit their best video to me (as long as it conforms to the rules) and in addition they can submit feature suggestions for videos from other users. I don't limit how many videos you suggest from other videos, but I do ask that you ensure they follow the rules.

The video pool:

I have a video pool of feature suggestions that come to me from subscribers and other users. To establish the features for a given week, I use random.org to choose 5 or 6 videos from the pool.

Voting:

I create a web page containing these randomly-chosen videos and a voting box. Users vote for the two videos they want to feature for that specified week. The two videos that get the most votes will be the features for the given week. A link to this voting page will be put on this channel profile so everyone has the opportunity to express their choices and be involved.

In addition, I will add a second voting box to the page used to point out videos that you feel should be removed from the pool and never featured.

Criteria for being featured:

1) User has less than 500 subscribers
2) Original work, not copied from someone ***
3) User has posted at least 3 videos
4) Not a Partner

*** If you apply mixing and editing to other works to combine them into something new, then that's ok. Rule 2 was just to prevent blatant copying of some other video.

You will notice the TinyURLs being used instead of normal links. This is due to a glitch wherein a link that spans rows has a space put in it and won't work. Thus I use the TinyURL.com service to create very small one-line links.
